Organic Chiran Green Tea with matcha

"Chiran Tea" is produced in Minamikyushu City, Kagoshima Prefecture, which boasts the highest production volume in Japan. The well-drained and fertile soil created by volcanic ash from Sakurajima, the warm climate throughout the year, and abundant sunlight provide ideal conditions for producing delicious tea. "Chiran Tea" is not a specific variety of tea, but rather a blend of various varieties cultivated in Chiran.

This tea is a matcha-infused blend specifically for cold brewing. When brewed with cold water, only the sweetness and umami of the tea are extracted. Enjoy the rich flavor of matcha in the first cup and the umami of sencha in the second. It not only quenches your thirst on hot summer days, but the refreshing sensation it provides is incomparable to oolong or black tea.

Use a slightly larger amount of tea leaves and brew it slowly in the refrigerator for over 10 minutes. It can also be enjoyed hot, providing a delicious experience either way.

There are still few tea farmers who do not use chemical pesticides or fertilizers, and even those who do face great difficulties in producing delicious tea. This tea is grown using homemade fermented fertilizers, ensuring it is safe and delicious.
