This matcha is made from organically grown tea cultivated in Kagoshima Prefecture and ground with a stone mill. Matcha processed with a grinder can lose its flavor due to the heat generated by friction. Tea that is slowly ground with a stone mill is finely textured, has an excellent mouthfeel, and has an exceptional aroma.
After opening, use the matcha as soon as possible. If you need to store it after opening, place it in the freezer. Before use, let it return to room temperature for about an hour before opening the package.
There are still few tea farmers who do not use chemical pesticides or fertilizers, and even those who do face great difficulties in producing delicious tea. This tea is grown using homemade fermented fertilizers, ensuring it is safe and delicious.
